Lucy Clemas MA, CIPD

Founder

A CIPD Fellow with two decades of senior HR and People leadership expertise, I founded The People Mix for ambitious businesses wanting to do right by their people, to offer Fractional People & HR Leadership at times when it matters.

I’m endlessly curious about high performing teams and successful businesses. I’ve built HR functions from the ground up, reorganised businesses, coached leadership teams and led culture transformation, achieving commercial goals by balancing business needs with employee needs.

I know what it takes to design, deliver and embed a people strategy that builds real employee engagement, based on data and evidence and earns external accolades. As Founder, my goal is for The People Mix to bring clarity, challenge, and experienced insight to businesses that understand their people drive growth and success.
